Interesting point from Joe here, this evolution of illegal drug delivery is easy to see coming - how to respond? Some people, like Suchitra Krishnan-sarin in her TED talk predicted the evolution of vapes from clunky devices designed around cigarette smoking to sleek gorgeous tech products for recreational use and were ignored as so often happens.

We can't say we weren't warned with this progression. Perhaps it might be a catalyst to change the debate about decriminalising legal drugs. Though our Addiction Economy work on 'legal drugs' shows that is not without significant risk.

But it will be important. From what we read drug enforcement bodies are on to it, and very nervous.
