Great choice of pic Henry! And the title was the question Joe Woof asked me which was the motivation for our whole Addiction Economy initiative.
Rumour has it that the Labour Party is set to take on the food industry by implementing the main recommendations of Henry Dimbleby's National Food Strategy. Our research shows he was right, that structural policy interventions are the key, and here lob in a view of our own based on our work on the economic drivers of addiction.
