New study showing vaping as a gateway to smoking

The motivations and risks of vaping and smoking are quite different in different age groups and grouping '11-17' and averaging out, as ASH mainly does, is not helpful.

We are hearing from innovative local councils, like Essex, who are having to initiate ways to support young people without government funding because of the focus only on smoking cessation. Hope Labour get their act together on this ASAP.
