Our new short film The Vaping Dilemma!

Vaping is the latest product of the addiction economy.

In this short film Joe Woof brings the voices of young people into the vaping debate and exposes the deliberate addiction techniques (or DAT’s, our new acronym!) used by industry to embed vapes a lifestyle product for recreational use with young people.

He also explores some of the misinformation about vaping safety, which are currently, and in many ways understandably, anchored only to the immense harms of smoking.

The references and rationale for the film and its content is available below. The film and this document were the outputs of his Master’s Dissertation in Science Communication from UCL.
